The following is a list of steps involved in the CompuPoint quality assurance process.

• Audit and Inspection: computers, monitors, and all other equipment is inspected for missing components, part number identification and cosmetic appearance.
• Full Diagnostic: full boot and test via manufacturer's diagnostic procedures of all components.
• Revision Process: repair or replace nonworking parts, upgrade to current revision levels.
• Inventory Process: computers, monitors, and all other equipment are identified by manufacturer's serial number, assigned an inventory control number and stored in storage facility.
• Customization: orders can be custom configured according to customer specifications.
• Quality Certification: all equipments are independently checked for quality by certified technicians.
• Packaging Process: antistatic and reinforced materials are used in packing to prevent shipping and handling damage.
